Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Agentfy.io (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agentfy provides cloud-based iPhone fleet management — remote control, automation scripts, AI agent integration, and related tooling. Hardware is supplied by you; we run the orchestration layer.

3. Account Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Send unsolicited bulk communications or commit fraud.
  • Bypass authentication on services you don't own.
  • Run automations that violate the Terms of Service of the third-party platforms you target.

5. Your Devices and Data

iPhones you connect remain yours. Data captured on those devices (screenshots, OCR results, run logs) belongs to your tenant; we process it only to deliver the Service.

6. Billing

The Service uses a pre-paid wallet model. Top-ups are processed via PayPal. Plan and addon purchases debit your wallet. Wallet balances are non-refundable but never auto-charged.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentfy's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via email or in-product notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
